MSP Solutions, formed in 2004, is a division of Ritsema & Lyon, P.C., one
of the nation's leading workers' compensation defense firms, with four offices
in Colorado and Nebraska.
MSP Solutions grew out of the frustration of using other providers to help Ritsema
& Lyon's clients deal with settlement and Medicare issues. In addition to
being extremely slow, the vendors did not understand the underlying workers' compensation
law, its intricate relationship to the regulations set forth by Medicare, or the
nuances of how workers' compensation claims are settled.
We have quickly become one of the largest providers of Medicare Set-Aside services
in the Rocky Mountain Region. Clients throughout the country now recognize the
